Description
This model recreates rare details extracted from highly specialized vintage pieces owned by one of Japan’s top vintage dealers.
The silhouette is based on their 0105 model, featuring a wide straight cut with minimal taper.
The stitching uses two shades of yellow thread, adding depth to the design. The buttons are a mix of laurel wreath buttons and solid donut buttons. Attention to detail extends to the use of different thread thicknesses, with varied stitch sizes for the side seam reinforcement (quinch stitching) on the left and right sides.
Additional wartime-era details include a different fabric for the coin pocket, an unfinished cut-off fly seam, and rough, unpolished stitching, faithfully reproducing the rugged aesthetic of WWII-era jeans.
