Established in 1990, Settlemiers is a family-owned manufacturer based in Portland, Oregon, specializing in authentic varsity jackets and custom award patches. While the brand was officially launched by Gloria Settlemier, its heritage stretches back to the 1960s, rooted in the legacy of her parents’ label, Nelson’s Jackets.
Today, the tradition continues into its third generation. Under the leadership of Gloria’s son, Aaron, and her sister, Heidi, Settlemiers remains one of the few remaining workshops dedicated to local, hands-on production. Every piece is a testament to their enduring standards, utilizing premium materials and time-honored construction techniques that have defined American sportswear for decades.
