1. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship from Amsterdam to all EU countries, as well as the USA, Canada, and Australia. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.

How long does delivery take?
Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive in 1-2 business days. For the rest of the EU, it takes 3-7 business days. International shipping to the US/Canada usually takes 7-14 business days.

What payment options do you offer?
We accept various secure payment methods, including iDEAL, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later).

3. Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my items?
Yes. We want you to be happy with your fit.
– New Items: Returnable within 14 days if unwashed and with tags attached.
– Used Items: We accept returns for used items if the size does not fit.
*Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom-hemmed items cannot be returned.

4. Sizing & Condition

How do I know the size is right?
We provide detailed measurements for every item. We highly recommend checking our Measurement Guide and comparing it with your favorite jeans at home.

What is the condition of used items?
Each used item is carefully inspected and its condition is described on the product page. We only select items that meet our high standards for Japanese denim quality.
