HANDS-ON’s original jeans based on the 1947 501XX.
The specifications are World War II.
The owner, Yamaguchi, cuts, sews, and finishes them all by himself.
All sewing is done using vintage sewing machines to reproduce the stitching of the time.
– Wide straight (Levi’s 501XX 1947-type)
– Raw denim (Shrinkage approx. 3%)
– All sewing is orange stitching
– Denim dyed with 50% natural indigo + 50% pure indigo (synthetic)
– 14,5oz Raw denim (Shrinkage approx. 3%)
– Laurel top button
– Donut type button
– The back of the front button is two-prong
– Pocket sleek is army green herringbone fabric
– No rivets on the coin pocket like WWII-type
– Concealed rivets are copper-plated iron
– Leather patch is made of cowhide
Note: This fabric has a shrinkage rate of approximately 3%.
